Disfrutando mi insomnio

Vagando por los canales de cable que tengo, di con esta película en cinemax, de la que no hay mucho que decir en realidad, no esconde nada profundo, es totalmente transparente al mostrarnos su visión del amor, en fin, le di un voto de confianza pues me pareció un film alemán, me gustó su fotografía, la naturalidad de sus personajes. Bien, terminé por verla completa, y con algo mejor de ánimos. Aunque mi insomnio sigue por acá mmm, a ver si posteando cualquier cosa se me pasa.

El conejo, en realidad, creo que nació sin orejas

Un periodista termina haciendo trabajo comunitario en una guardería en la que entabla una relación amor – odio con una profesora, que por cierto ya conocía de hace bastante tiempo. Ahí empieza a mostrarse de forma muy divertida el desconcierto de sentirse enamorado.

Recordando uno de los temas que más me gusta de metallica y que felizmente la incluyeron en la tocada, no paro de repetirla en mi mente desde que regresé de la tocada. De cálida melodía y intensos acordes.

(“Es obvio, estarás sólo, por un largo tiempo…”)

Algunas películas sirven para recordarte que el mundo que vives hoy sólo es pasajero, y aunque ese “pasajero” pueda ser eterno, no importa lo que hagas pues perteneces al momento que secretamente inundó tu alma, tu carne, tu aliento… alguna vez… y tú no lo sabes, sólo mientras duermes.

Todo en el film tiene un aroma al suave viento que sientes en el rostro durante el verano, mientras sentado en la grama a la sombra de algún viejo árbol disfrutas de un momento de ociosidad y calma que sabes no se volverá a repetir. Es como cuando hoy está todo perfecto y empiezas a emocionarte por las últimas situaciones y personas que hayas vivido y conocido, pero algo en tus entrañas se agita, pelea contigo, trata de decirte no sigas, da lentamente la vuelta porque de todo esto no sacarás más que agonizantes lágrimas (¿cómo te gusta sentirte así no?)

El inicio

El duelo de versos irresistibles resulta bien logrado en la línea narrativa de la película, como cuando los amantes dibujan con sus cuerpos la disputa de sus palabras y pelean por negar que pertenecen sólo el uno al otro, ciegos y sordos, obedeciendo a su piel, coqueteando con la fatalidad que se acerca, pidiendo con gritos inocentes que todo se transforme en calamidad.

Encontré esta edición en youtube, con subtítulos en inglés, y con una pieza musical extraordinariamente dolorosa (white gold de Metric) que nos brinda una mirada muy profunda de la película. El tráiler también se muestra muy sugestivo (está en su idioma original).

El argumento

Hans Stephan coquetea con Günther Scheller y su hermana Hilde Scheller. Paul Krantz atrapado por la fuerza irresistible de Hilde provoca una irracional atracción en Ellie, amiga de Hilde. Se juega entonces con el significado del amor. Un fino erotismo (cero desnudos), una vida de fuerzas intensas, de irónica poesía y fuera del tiempo.

Pero esta película del alemán Achim von Borries tiene su nacimiento de hechos reales. El caso policial conocido como “La tragedia del estudiante Steglitz” que sucede en 1927, en un Berlín post 1ra guerra mundial. Maravillosamente y dándole vuelta a un mundo policial, aquí se nos muestra en cambio la poesía que lleva intrínseca la vida.

Y al final…me quedo sin fuerzas, entumecido, cegado por ese filtro amarillo que vuelve tibio el aire alrededor mío. Apago el televisor.

Camaro. Guitarras vivas, un bajo y batería que son uno solo, y una buena voz.

Me pasaron la voz hace unos días del nuevo disco “2.0″ de esta banda peruana, me dijeron que podía escucharla en su web, así que abrí el enlace esperando encontrar algunos fragmentos del común sonido de la escena local.

La verdad no había escuchado mucho de camaro, sólo el nombre rondando por ahí las pocas veces que pude ir a algún pub en barranco o miraflores durante el año pasado, pero lo que pude escuchar ayer fueron unos riffs agresivos, y unos arreglos bastante buenos, cargados de una mezcla de rock, heavy, grunge y blues encerrados en composiciones gratamente melódicas. Y lo mejor de todo fue que el disco estaba disponible en la red, como para bajarnos cada track y ponernos a rockear.

El sonido me trajo a la mente algo de los “huelga de hambre”, solo por tratar de mencionar un referente local y buscar en mi memoria alguna otra banda de riffs, y luego de chekar su biografía la razón me resultó obvia, pero pese a eso pienso que camaro tiene un sonido vivo, fuerte y bien presentado.

No sé por cuanto tiempo más el 2.0 esté disponible en internet, pero aquí les dejo el enlace para que lo disfruten mientras dure (muy buenas “contigo o sin ti”, “escaparme”, y “estarás siempre” además de la vieja “medicina” que resucitó, previo fragmento de “basura” incluido). Además ahí también encontrarán a camaro en algunas redes sociales para quienes quieran seguirlos más de cerca.

Pero ojo!!! que me refiero a la versión que escuchamos en este video. La del disco, en caso la encuentren en youtube también, es más pop / electrónico / R&B o algo de eso (como el resto de este disco), no apto para fanáticos de audioslave y soundgarden poco abiertos para otros géneros. Por mi parte y aunque me gusta cuando un músico explora nuevas cosas, me quedo, de todo el album, con la versión más rock del tema de este video (quizá el disco lo disfruten bastante quienes adoren las mezclas electrónicas y ese tipo de sonidos)
